FAQ's
1. What should I bring to the sauna?
We recommend bringing:
A swimsuit (mandatory)
Two towels – one to sit on, one to dry off
A water bottle (hydration is key!)
Flip-flops or sliders
A robe or dry layers for after your session
Optional: a light snack for after (you’ll feel amazing and hungry!).
2. How long should I stay in the heat and cold?
We suggest:
10–15 minutes in the hot sauna
Then 2–3 minutes in the cold plunge or cold shower
Rest and repeat for 2–3 cycles
Listen to your body that’s the golden rule. You don’t need to push limits; just enjoy the reset.
3. What’s the etiquette inside the sauna?
Easy: just be sound. A few gentle reminders:
Respect the vibe – quiet chat is fine, shouting isn’t
Sit on a towel at all times
Share the space fairly
Rinse off before going in (especially after a plunge in the natural pool)
Leave your phone tucked away – be present
4. Do I need to shower after the cold plunge?
Yes especially if you’ve used the natural pool.
Please give yourself a quick rinse in the outdoor shower before heading back into the sauna. It helps us keep the sauna fresh and clean for everyone.
